• Shipping & Delivery: All orders may take up to 72hrs to process, once your order has been placed. Once processed you will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority mail which includes $50 of insurance. To track your order please visit USPS.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lastly, please ensure your service address provided is accurate.

• Exchanges & Returns: For sanitary and health reasons we do not offer, accept exchanges or returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately.

• Refunds: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

• Cancellations: If you purchased an item in error, please send us a message immediately to resolve the issue.

• Warranty: La3artisans Artistic Adornments warrants all of its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. All of our adornments come with a 14-day warranty. If you believe this product has any defects in materials or workmanship cease use immediately and send us a message.

• Payments: Payments are accepted via credit card or PayPal. All transactions are secured. Our website provides an SSL encryption system to protect personal information and payment data.

• Live outside of the US: At this time, we do not ship outside of the US.

• Custom Requests: Our Artisan is a Free-Spirited designer so therefore we do not accept custom requests.

• Private Labels: If you are interested in expanding your business, please feel free to contact us. NO RUSH ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN.

•  Adornment Collection: Due to our designer is Free-Spirited, no two pieces are the same. Making the entire collection interchangeable and eccentric.

•   Metal will tarnish over time: We have taken an extra step to ensure your metal is protected by adding a anti tarnish black strip or tab. Please store adornments in a cool dry place and avoiding sunlight. We recommend you polish your adornments with a Sunshine Polishing cloth (Yellow).
